The deep ruby/plum-tinged 2003 offers up attractive aromas of red and black fruits, forest floor, oak, and loamy soil. With a fine texture, medium body, and abundant sweetness as well as glycerin (no doubt because of its 13% alcohol), it should drink well for 5-10 years. A small, 17-acre vineyard located near the classified Margaux estate of Giscours, Mille Roses merits a look by serious consumers.(Wine Advocate)
