Young, green and light color. Pleasant notes of mineral, honeydew, gooseberry and lemon on the nose. As on the nose, the palate is crisp and refreshing with mineral and citrus tones. Fantastic with seafood!
Made with a blend of Hondarribi Zuri (white) and Hondarribi Beltza (red) grapes that are harvested in small containers at peak ripeness and fermented in stainless steel. Before all of the sugar has converted to alcohol, the stainless steel tanks are sealed off thereby trapping some of the naturally produced CO2 in the wine providing a refreshing sparkle!
